Yes. Plans are month-to-month after the first visit. Most clients start on Essential in spring and step up to Premium once they see the difference weekly detailing makes.
Do you maintain stairs and stonework you didn't build?
Absolutely — it's one of the most common ways clients find us. We'll assess the existing work first, flag anything unsafe, and fold it into a care schedule.
What happens in winter?
Fall winterization protects plantings and irrigation, and we seal and inspect hardscapes before the freeze. Estate clients also get storm-damage checks after major weather.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term lock-in. We earn the renewal every season — cancel anytime with two weeks' notice.
